Lower Body, Low Impact Workout
If you’re looking for a low impact, moderate intensity workout with no equipment, you’ve come to the right place. I have a 12 minute workout just for you that doesn’t require any equipment except for an optional chair or you could also use a wall, countertop or table. I suggest warming up for a few minutes prior to the workout and join me for an included cool down.
This workout features a focus on Psalm 40:1-3 which says – I waited patiently for the Lord; he inclined to me and heard my cry. He drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock making my steps secure. He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the Lord.
Sometimes it can be hard to wait patiently for our weight loss results to show up. Sometimes those results don’t come for well over a month or two. I understand how frustrating it can be to put in all that time effort and hard work to not see the scale budge. Can I just encourage you to keep going? The rewards may not always show up in numbers. The rewards may come in non-scale victories and they may also come in the form of you encouraging someone else not to quit.

30 seconds of work : 10 seconds of rest
20 second break in between each round

30 seconds of leg extensions
30 seconds of lunges
30 seconds of standing crunches
