Strength training can sometimes sound scary or intimidating to women who may not be used to the gym or gym equipment. But, I promise you that strength training can be fun and beneficial for all fitness levels and body types. You don’t need to be advanced at exercise to incorporate strength training, and you also don’t need expensive equipment for an effective strength workout. In this 23 minute video, I’m going to walk you through a low impact, full body, strength training workout using a resistance band.
