15 Minute Dance Fitness Workout – Giving Thanks
I absolutely loved creating this 15 minute faith and fitness dance workout for you. But, here’s the deal. Once you push play, I want you to let go of any expectations you have about how your body is supposed to move. You might feel awkward or even a bit uncoordinated and I want you to know that it’s ok. The purpose of this workout is to get you moving outside of your comfort zone, strengthen your heart, and feed your soul.
