15 Minute Chair Strength Workout
Sometimes I just don’t feel like working out. Have you ever felt that way? Maybe like me, you have felt that way for way too many weeks and months and you are at the point where you know you need to get into some type of exercise routine. But what are you supposed to do when you have no time and your body hurts? This is exactly why I created our 15 minute chair strength workout for today.

This workout is designed for almost anyone to do. This is a low impact workout that will raise your heart rate but doesn’t require any jumping. Grab a set of dumbbells and a chair and join me for 15 minutes as we move through 5 exercises designed to help you strengthen your muscles and your heart.
This workout consists of:
Dumbbell shoulder press – 60 sec
Squat – 60 sec
Standing Hip Extension – 60 sec
Plie Squat – 60 sec
Elevated Plank hold – 60 sec
REPEAT 3x
